Can I create transitions from a reference in my editor with Claude?

Yes. Connected to invideo Editor through MCP, Claude can use a reference to build a custom transition for your footage.
Share the reference and identify the exact transition you want to draw from. Describe which qualities matter, such as the direction of movement, speed, distortion, flash or way the next shot is revealed.
For example: “Use the transition at this timestamp as a reference. Keep the quick push into the next shot, but make the distortion subtler.”
Claude can build the treatment using invideo Editor’s effects, animation controls and, where needed, generated elements. You can ask it to change the duration or intensity and refine the available controls on the timeline. The transition is adapted to your shots, so their framing and movement influence the result.
