Do you have a free trial?

Yes, we do. During this trial period, you can try out InVideo with full editing features and export videos in 720p resolution.

If I upgrade to a paid plan, will my previous videos render at a higher resolution?

Yes. If you have upgraded to the paid plan, the videos you have made before the upgradation can be exported in a higher resolution. All you have to do is go back to the video and export it again.

What types of cards do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept Visa and Mastercard. Our payment gateway Stripe only allows for these cards due to our country of registration. However, we are always working towards upgrading ourselves to make your journey with InVideo easier.

If you want to pay using any other cards, please contact us through the blue chat box in the bottom-right corner or send us a mail at support@invideo.io, and we will take care of that for you.

How is the usage of premium video footage counted?

Every premium video added to a project that is exported is counted towards your monthly quota. As soon as you export a video, your premium video count will be deducted by 1.

If you use the same video footage multiple times in a project, it will be counted as 1 credit. If you use the same video footage in 2 different projects, it will be counted as 2 credits.

Your premium video count will be reset on the day when you have made the payment. So, if you bought the premium videos on the 16th, then your premium videos count will reset on the 16th of every month. Any premium videos remaining at the end of the month will not be carried forward to the next month's quota.

What happens to my videos after I cancel my subscription?

After cancelling your subscription, you will have access to your account till the end of your billing cycle. Post which, you will only be able to download the videos that you have downloaded before. You will not be able to export or download any new videos.

Will I be charged automatically when my subscription is over?
Yes, recurring billing is activated on every account. Your credit card will be charged automatically on your billing date and the subscription will be renewed.
