invideo Agent Two - Agent Intelligence

Invideo today introduced Agent Intelligence, the memory and organizational core of Agent Two, built to solve the problem every filmmaker working with AI knows: the model does not know what you know.

Agent Intelligence is invideo's definition of what a creative collaborator should be: an agent with top-percentile creative expertise, infinite memory, and still working while you sleep. Give it a role and it becomes it. Tell it it is your creative producer and it thinks like one, holding your world, guarding your decisions, and moving your project forward even when you have stepped away.

Until now, every session started from zero. Characters re-uploaded, treatments re-explained, decisions from last week lost. Filmmakers held the entire film in their heads while the tool treated them as a stranger each time they opened it. Agent Intelligence removes that reset.

It is built on two primitives. Every project has a Context, which holds everything true across the whole project: characters, world, tone, and visual rules. Inside it, filmmakers create Briefs, one for each thing they are actually making. For a film, the world is the Context and every scene gets its own Brief. For a series, the show is the Context and every episode gets a Brief. For a brand, the Context is the brand book and every campaign film gets its own Brief.

The hierarchy is borrowed directly from how large productions run: a showrunner holds the world, each episode has its own director and crew working independently, and everyone syncs only on continuity. Someone owns each piece. Something watches the whole.

The first payoff is continuity. A character established early in a project looks the same in shot four hundred, without ever being re-explained. But continuity is the floor. Agent Intelligence also changes how filmmakers hand over their intent:

It reads the documents filmmakers already make. A treatment note or a pre-production deck goes in as it is, and Agent Two pulls the rules out directly, the way an assistant director reads a treatment. Filmmakers do not learn its format; it learned theirs.

References carry instructions. Rather than going in cold, each reference image can be annotated with intent: this one is for a character's face, not the styling; this location is about the light, not the architecture.

It takes on a role. At setup, Agent Two asks who it should be and who the filmmaker is. Assigned a working identity, such as a creative producer, it collaborates in that register from the first message: flagging locked decisions, catching continuity conflicts, suggesting batch workflows.

"Every filmmaker carries whole worlds in their head, and until now our tools asked us to shrink those worlds to fit a prompt box," said Hridaye Nagpal, Creative Director & Resident Filmmaker, invideo. "With Agent Intelligence, I build a world once and live in it for as long as the story needs: season five, shot four hundred, and it still holds every rule I set on day one. That changes the scale of what a single filmmaker can dare to make."

"We never set out to build a longer memory. We set out to build a collaborator that respects how filmmakers already work," said Raj Rajhans, Product Engineer, invideo. "Filmmaking solved creative organization long ago: someone holds the world, everyone owns their piece. So rather than asking filmmakers to learn our format, we taught Agent Two to learn theirs. Real intelligence starts with never forgetting what you have been told."

And it does not forget. A project five seasons deep can reach back to episode one, a lighting setup, a costume detail, a line of dialogue, and Agent Two retrieves it and works with it as if it were made yesterday. No re-uploading, no digging through folders. The context never leaves the room.
