No seats added. No access to anything else. You decide who comes in, and you decide what gets spent.
The problem this solves is one every studio, brand, and agency lives with: collaboration tools that only know one door. Inviting someone to a workspace has always meant inviting them to everything in it, then remembering to walk them back out when the project wraps. That operational overhead disappears here. Work sorts into folders, people are invited into the folder they are working on, and the collaboration happens there. Nothing else in the workspace is visible to them. When the work is done, removing the team takes seconds.
Private folders. An agency runs two teams: one on a private launch, one on a film built around sensitive IP. Neither should see the other's work. Each team gets its own folder, holding only its own projects and assets, and neither has access to the other's. Confidentiality is the default structure, not a setting to remember.
Budgets that protect the pool. Studios, brands, and agencies budget by project, and now the folder does too. Set a credit limit on a project, set individual limits per member, and if someone runs out, the workspace credit pool stays safe. Admins top up when they choose to.
Connect: external collaborators, zero seats. Bringing in an agency for a brand campaign no longer means buying licenses. Invite the external team through invideo Connect: no seats added, they can be on any plan, and the credits they use are theirs, not yours.
Admins and members. Admins hold complete flexibility over who has access and who can do what. Members work inside the folders they are given.

Your workspace, your property. Everything created in a folder, including work made by external collaborators, was created on your workspace. It remains yours.
