Is invideo Editor free when I use an AI editing agent?

Manual editing in invideo Editor is free, but work performed by an AI agent uses credits. These are separate parts of the product.

You can upload and arrange clips, trim and move footage, adjust picture and sound, and refine the timeline manually without spending AI credits on those edits. Credits apply when an agent analyses footage or performs work for you, and when a model generates media. The amount depends on the assignment, the models involved, and the generation settings.

For example, manually moving a clip or adjusting its timing is free timeline work. Asking the invideo agent for editing to review all the footage, choose takes, create a first draft, add sound design, or generate a missing shot uses credits.

After an agent completes a request, you can inspect the usage from that exchange. The project menu also shows the project’s total usage. Starting with one clearly scoped assignment makes it easier to understand the cost before delegating a larger edit.

Free manual editing does not automatically mean every export is free or watermark-free. Export allowances and watermark conditions depend on the current plan and should be checked separately before delivery.
