The refunds are pro-rated and usage based.

How auto-renewal works
All paid invideo subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You will be charged using the same payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You will receive an email notification before your renewal date as a reminder.
What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, your credit allowance increases to the new plan's limit right away. Any credits you've already used are counted against the new limit, so you can continue right where you left off.
What happens when I downgrade or cancel?
Your current subscription plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Here's what happens after that:
- Downgrade: Your account moves to the lower plan and your credit allowance adjusts to the new plan's limit.
- Cancel: Your account moves to the Free plan.
- Unused credits: Any remaining credits from your previous plan expire, including any add-on credits you've purchased.
How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops the auto-renewal. It does not end your plan immediately. You continue to have access to all plan benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Go to your subscription page
- Cancel the subscription renewal
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on the usage, eligibility and the time since purchase. Contact support@invideo.io with your invoice and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Pausing a subscription
Subscriptions can't be paused today, but you can downgrade to Free and re-upgrade later. Your workspace and projects stay intact on the Free plan.
Switching between monthly and annual
